Noelle is the Coordinator for the jobPath program in Sarnia-Lambton. She graduated Cum Laude from Northwood University of Midland, Michigan with a Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing Management, and was named to the Dean’s list in her graduating year. Noelle has over fifteen years in sales and marketing experience, where she won numerous awards working with Top Tier Consumer Packaged Goods and Pharmaceutical companies. In her previous roles Noelle resided in Windsor, London and Kitchener, Ontario but most recently she made the decision to leave Pharmaceutical Sales in order to reside in her hometown of Sarnia full time. In her role as Coordinator, Noelle uses her strengths in building rapport and networking to perform public speaking duties and group presentations to promote the jobPath Project as well as recruiting local employers for work experience in order to secure job placements for our participants.
Kathy works with the jobPath team as the ‘Toolkits for Transition oordinator’, within the Developmental Services Employment and Modernization Fund. In this position, Kathy works with the jobPath facilitators as well as developing and marketing tool kits for Summer Jobs programs and for Pre-Employment Workshop programs throughout the province of Ontario. Her career in adult education has spanned 32 years. She’s been the Adult Literacy and Basic Skills Coordinator/Instructor for the St. Clair Catholic District School Board for the past 17 ½ years, teaching in both Lambton and Kent Counties. She also has experience as Supervisor in a children’s respite program and a teacher in a developmental classroom.
